Just received an update from our agency that said that average wait times for boys under 36 months (the age that's listed on our paperwork) is 12 months. Phooey. Well, I guess at least we're now almost exactly 6 months into that (our registration date is counted as Feb. 9, so on Aug. 9 that will be 6 months). Average wait time for a girl under 36 months is 16 months - which tells us even more that our referral will more than likely be a boy.
